In Luanda — capital of a fast-growing country — reliable drinking water is a key driver of daily life and economic development. The PROÁGUA project, led by EPAL-EP with SUEZ and Sparkoper, aims to sustainably improve water services across Luanda Province and its 9.7 million people.
Signed in Paris during the official visit of President João Lourenço, the partnership pairs major infrastructure with Sparkoper's digital tools, which let EPAL track, analyze and improve performance in real time.
