Through the “Tô Ligado” programme, Sparkoper supported a sanitation project with FESPSP, AGERSA, Embasa and a municipality in Bahia — connecting households to the sewer network.
The work combined door-to-door surveys, processing of user information (using Embasa's Ortofoto system to locate hard-to-find properties), and technical visits to assess and execute connections.
