The CBSAN Project, led by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) of Cambodia, aims to revolutionize the sanitation sector through digital transformation and capacity building. This initiative is a collaboration between Sparkoper (formerly Bluspark International), AgroParisTech, and various ministries, including the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Environment. The project has garnered attention and support from several development banks, including the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the European Union (EU).
